PROOF LOAD TESTING

Bench capacity in-house up to 2000 t

Irizar Forge can perform proof load testing in-house. This is done by using various benches and devices. The first bench is designed for testing small items up to 100 t, while the second bench is capable of servicing loads of up to 2000 t.

For loads exceeding 2000 t, we offer specialized proof load services depending on the specific item being tested. This provides the flexibility to conduct tests either in-house or through outsourcing. Afterwards, the tested item undergoes a thorough Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) examination to identify any internal or external indications. All final tests are regularly overseen by third-party entities who have previously monitored the entire process. This ensures the integrity and quality of the testing procedures.
