Design of custom hooks for highly specific applications and for specific environmental conditions including the range of offshore requirements, from subsea to deepwater. This according to the needs of each client and always within the generic sector of Movement of Heavy Loads: lifting, hauling and mooring.

Manufacture and Inspection:
Manufacture of forged hooks with process design by technology type (closed-die forging, open-die forging, and free forging), tooling design and efficient tools, and customized heat treatments to order, the advantage of customized thermal processing.
Upon completion of all processing, final destructive and non-destructive inspections are carried out, where the acid test, the culmination of all processing and the final test is the PROOF LOAD TEST: static to 1500 tons straight pull or angular (90º for hooks), and coming soon, fatigue testing.

Research and Development:
To aid in the next metallurgical advancements, to advance the study of materials for even stronger and safer hooks, your help would be of inestimable value.
To help achieve these advances it is useful to analyze parts that have suffered an accident, other incident or deformation. If you happen to possess such a “victim” we would take on the autopsy and we would provide you the forensic results.
Upon the culmination of our metallurgical investigation, the results of these studies will be published and in appreciation of your collaboration, a personal edition will be provided to you.
