Hook Assemblies

We firmly recommend  the hook full machining by the hook maker in order to double check with final load and overload tests for a full guarantee cover.

The hook is the beginning, the critical part of the device that will become the hook block.

It can be supplied as rough (without machined shank), fully machined with nut or as part of a complete hook assembly.

We recommend to machine it following the established standards to obtain a reliable final assembly.

The hook assembly is made up of hook + nut + traverse + bearing; these components are precisely assembled in order to work correctly within the hook block.

As an alternative option to shank machining (and when the application allows it) an eyehook design can be chosen.
